If you are using Windows XP the download may appear not to be happening as some machines seem to download in the background. Check the status bar at the bottom of this screen, you will see a message saying that the file is downloading. An explorer window will pop up at the end of the download showing where the file has been saved by your machine.
It is easier to right click the link below and select "Save Target As"
